It Isn't Athena

For some reason this one ended up looking kinda like Athena (with her '99 short hair), but it wasn't meant to be... briefly considered making it her "properly", but had more fun just making up a random girly (complete with funky outfit) instead.

So... yeah, nothing terribly exciting, but at least it was fun to do.
